01Who runs the site

02What the site is, and who it is for

The site explains what BOOX does, and lets you try the popup. It is meant for Shopify store owners.

You can't buy anything on the site, and there is no sign-up. You can only leave your email on the waiting list. You don't need to accept these terms to browse; they simply apply to using it.

BOOX is installed only from the Shopify App Store. Using the app is subject to the app's terms of use and to Shopify's terms. If this page and the app's terms conflict, the app's terms prevail as far as the app is concerned.

03Price and billing

The site doesn't charge money. The price and terms that count are the ones on the app's page in the Shopify App Store and in the app's terms, on the day you install or change plans. Any charge is made only through Shopify, and only after you approve it there.

You can stop at any time: uninstall the app from your store admin in Shopify.

04Demos and results

The stores, products, questions and data shown in the films and drawings on the page are examples only. They are not a real customer and not real results.

BOOX answers your shoppers and shows you data. We don't promise a business result, such as sales or profit.

05Intellectual property

The BOOX name, the owl, the films, the design and the texts on the site belong to the site's operator, or the operator has permission to use them. Don't copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. The BOOX app is independent: it is an app for Shopify, and it is not owned by or partnered with Shopify.

06Using the site, and links

You may use the site in any reasonable way. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it or deliberately overload it.

When the site links to another site, such as Shopify, that site is not under our control, and its own terms apply.

07Liability

We try to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by using the site.

This limitation does not apply to bodily harm, to damage we caused deliberately, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.

08Privacy and cookies

What the site does with information about you: Privacy policy. What it stores in your browser: Cookie policy. You change your choice through the cookie settings.

09Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of the page. A change applies from the day it is published onward, and not to anything that happened before it.

Israeli law applies to the site and to these terms. Any dispute will be heard by the competent court in Israel.
